Treatment Orientation:
I believe in the power of finding your inner peace. As we are all unique, how we reach this peace may differ as well. I value the importance of creating a safe space as we begin our work together, moving toward understanding of who a person is in the entirety of their world.
I will meet you where you are at and offer you tools and support to move from where you are at to where you want to be. As I conduct therapy with clients in a collaborative way, I will collaborate with you to support you on your journey to accomplish the change you seek.
Depending on your journey, I may derive from a variety of therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, EFT, MI, Art therapy, Play therapy, Strength based therapy, Family systems, CPS, GenPMTO, Attachment therapy, Multicultural therapy, Mindfulness, and Yoga.

A Little About Me:
Originally from Portland, I grew up between Oregon and The Netherlands, Europe. While my upbringing brought many different international adventures, the Pacific Northwest remained my home. Now I live in Eugene with my husband and our six pets. I am passionate about helping others (humans and animals alike) find inner peace through therapy, nature, and yoga.
My Philosophy:
Every individual has the power within to reach a state of peace and harmony. As every individual is unique, the path to healing may differ, but the groundwork is the same.
I believe that if a safe, comfortable space is provided, and an individual is ready for change, they are capable of achieving that change.
Human beings are a complex combination of nature and nurture. While both shape us, I believe every single one of us is capable of altering the course of these principles if we are ready.
